Botanics Tree Wise People was established in 1995 by consulting and practising arborist George Palmer. This team of industry professionals have been providing interdisciplinary planning and tree-related services ever since. The team at Botanics focuses on providing professional care and management strategies to enhance development outcomes involving trees. Our goal is to promote environmental and ecological awareness for our clients, the custodians of our urban forest.

Arborists Reports

Technical information about the trees can be required as part of a Development Application (DA) or as part of a Complying Development Certificate (CDC). This may require information about the adjacent, surrounding and/or neighbouring trees and should be detailed within an Arboricultural Impact Assessment.

A visual assessment of underlying tree roots may be required to support an application to construct within the Structural Root Zone (SRZ) of a tree. This is often done to assess the impacts on street trees for driveway crossovers and where incursions into theoretical Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) exceed 20%.
